Celebrities reveal the dietary secrets of their super fit figures


CHERYL COLE has finally revealed what keeps her looking super trim - a strict blood-type diet.
The X-Factor judge follows the Eat Right 4 Your Type plan which dictates what you should eat and exercise depending on your blood type.The diet, also a hit with Martine McCutcheon and Demi Moore, was the 26-year-old's secret weapon to shed weight in her early Girls Aloud days. And she has stuck by it ever since. Cheryl said: "It has made such a difference, not so much to my shape, but to how I feel and my energy levels. Before I didn't believe it. But now I believe it 100 per cent." It recommends people with an O type should eat lots of meat, those with A should be largely vegetarian, A/B's can eat most foods, while B is the only type that copes well with dairy. But nutritionist Lyndel Costain, author of the best-selling book Diet Trials, which tests out popular diets, said there is no proof the diet works. She said: "There is no scientific evidence to suggest eating particular foods for your blood type works better than any other diet."
